Our management has gained experience in a wide variety of construction and real estate companies, at PORR, Bilfinger + Berger and Soravia, among others, and has been involved in many widely recognized, urban projects. These projects include the Business City "Town Town" and the hotel and office building "Doppio" in Vienna. In addition, one8one has experience in the project management of several parking garages, as well as in commercial real estate projects such as retail parks. Due to one8one's real estate expertise, we are able to draw on a wide range of experience to make your projects successful.
In recent years, one8one GmbH has been able to implement several of its own residential construction projects as well as for domestic and international property developers. In addition to multiple projects in Lower Austria, e.g. in Wiener Neustadt, Baden, Tribuswinkel and Mistelbach, one8one GmbH operates in Austria´s core real estate market in Vienna. Furthermore, several consulting projects have been successfully completed for a wide variety of clients based in the capital.
