Christmas Client Event 2019

Residential Project in Baden
The housing project in Tribuswinkel/Baden, developed by one8one, is in its final phase. The handover to the buyers of the 12 apartments and an office will take place in spring 2020. More information available at

As part of its annual tradition, one8one invited customers, investors and colleagues of the industry to the ATP tennis tournament in Vienna. One8one congratulates this year's winner and local hero Dominic Thiem!
Residential Project in Baden
A topping out ceremony for one8one's
housing project in Baden was held in
October 2019. In front of numerous guests,
all people involved were thanked for their
support thus far, especially the site manager
for an accident-free construction. Additionally,
clients were able to have a first glance at their

Once again, one8one took part in Europe's largest real estate fair. With a specially designed booth, one8one held talks with investors and industry experts from Austria and Germany. In the magazine 'Immobilien Investment', Issue 05/2019 (Walter Senk) of the DMV - della lucia medien & verlags GmbH one8one was mentioned among the well-known co-exhibitors.

Residential Project in Baden
one8one has carried out the complete project development and project management for a residential project in Baden, in close partnership with a local investor. Currently, the sale of 47 residential units and an underground car park to a well-known property developer is under completion.
Client Event at Erste Bank Open
one8one always strives to build an sustain long-term relationships with its clients. At the end of October 2018, one8one invited some of its clients to the annual ATP tennis tournament in Vienna. In addition to watching local hero Dominic Thiem play, several customers also enjoyed the catering and the exciting atmosphere.
EXPO Real 2018
At the start of October 2018, one8one followed
its annual tradition by attending Europe's largest
real estate trade show in Munich, Germany.
At the booth 'Central Europe Austria', one8one
was able to deepen relationships and extend its
network in the real estate industry.
Residential Project in Mistelbach
For a project in Mistelbach, Lower Austria, one8one has been hired as lead consultant and advises on its project development and project management. A total of 4 buildings are being constructed, consisting of 10 houses and 9 apartments. The client is SOREALIS GmbH.
Residential Project in Wr. Neustadt
one8one is leading the project management for a residential project in Wiener Neustadt. A total of 43 apartments, divided into 3 buildings including a continuous underground car park, are being constructed. The client is VI-Engineers Bauträger GmbH & Co KG in Vienna.
EXPO Real 2017
In October 2017, the one8one GmbH
was part of the largest real estate
conference in Europe. Due to the
company's own stand, valuable contacts
were made, which made the three-day
fair a successful event.
Residential Project in Baden
The one8one GmbH was given the
responsibility for the project management and
development of a residental project in one of
Vienna's suburbs. (Baden) In September 2017,
the construction negotiations were finalised and
the building permit awarded. The project includes
12 units, both single- and family friendly, between

FIABCI Annual General
Meeting
On June 7, 2017, the FIABCI Annual
General Meeting 2017 took place.
In a business friendly atmosphere, the
CEO of one8one GmbH, Martin Bartl,
received his own certificate. As a
result, Mr. Bartl is now an official
member of the International
Association of Real Estate Services
FIABIC Austria.
Project Richtergasse
one8one GmbH has been involved and
responsible for the development and renovation
of an attic. The property is a century-old building
in the so-called “protection-zone” in the 7th
Viennese community district. Following the
project management of one8one GmbH, the
renovation is almost finished. The property
will be officially handed over to the owner
in August 2017.

In October 2016, one8one GmbH
took part in one of the largest real
estate fairs In the German-speaking
region. At the stand “Central Europe”,
one8one GmbH could expand its
network and build long-term,
valuable contacts.
