The one8one GmbH operates under the license of management consulting, including corporate organization and under the license of the builder in accordance with § 99 Abs. 1 GewO 1994 restricted to the project management and control. In addition, one8one GmbH owns the Austrian license to develop properties. The company is subject to risks associated with laws, regulations and industry-imposed standards.
